Red Rock is pleased to announce a new contract for the 10T 3D motion compensated crane, based on the same advanced technology and design as the company’s largest 3D crane recently delivered.

The crane is based on Red Rock’s third-generation 3D motion compensation technology, developed and refined through more than ten years of experience delivering advanced lifting equipment to the offshore wind industry. The technology enables precise and controlled lifting operations by actively compensating for the movement of two vessels in three dimensions.

The new order further strengthens Red Rock’s position as a supplier of advanced handling equipment, where reliable and precise lifting operations are essential for demanding operations in dynamic marine environments.

The first crane in this series is currently on its way to the end customer where installation and commissioning will take place shortly after.

“We are very pleased to receive another order for our 10T @ 30m 3D motion compensated crane. This order is a strong confirmation of both our technology and our customers’ confidence in our ability to deliver advanced lifting solutions for different offshore and marine sectors”, states Thomas Holte, CEO of Red Rock.

The contract also demonstrates the scalability of Red Rock’s 3D motion compensation technology and its potential beyond the offshore wind market. Building on more than a decade of experience in demanding offshore operations, Red Rock is now applying this technology to new market segments where safe, precise and controlled lifting is required under challenging offshore conditions.
