This week Red Rock has successfully performed Harbour Acceptance Test (HAT) for the 4th 3D Motion Compensated Crane for Dogger Bank Wind Farm. The Service Operation Vessel (SOV) owned by North Star will soon start its journey to Europe. The 3D Motion Compensated Crane will be used for maintenance work for one of the world’s largest wind farms.

The Red Rock 3D Motion Compensated Offshore Crane comes in 2T, 5T. 10T and 15T editions with a range from 25m to 35m. It compensates for all vessel movements – heel, trim, heave and sway. In addition, the crane also compensates for external force as wind etc.
