The new built SOV (Service Operation Vessel) is out of the dock this week at Ulstein Yard in Ulsteinvik, Norway. The “Windea TBN” will be prepared for seatrials the coming weeks.

The new SOV will be operated and owned by Bernhard Schulte Offshore GmbH. The vessel is being constructed to support GE Renewable Energy’s maintenance of the 66 GE Haliade 150-6MW turbines, off the coast of Germany.

The vessel is supplied with Red Rock 3D compensated crane with a capacity of 3T @ 25m. Red Rock has also delivered RDA120 and RDA36 davits.
